Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking Behavior Technicians to help children ages 2–6 with autism learn, communicate, and grow through play. This role uses the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and provides a strong entry point into psychology and child development.

You will receive paid training to obtain RBT certification, with eventual opportunities for raises through Soar’s career progression program, and a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week for full-time work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Enrollment in or completion of a bachelor’s degree program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a clinical environment.
