Job summary

Soar Autism Center seeks a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy for children aged 2–6 using the Early Start Denver Model. You will implement plans created by master’s-level clinicians and collaborate with families to track progress.

Ideal candidates bring childcare experience, a high school diploma, and a commitment to earning RBT certification within six weeks. Paid training, career growth, and a supportive multidisciplinary team are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians.
• Share progress with families and caregivers.
• Grow within a supported clinical environment and participate in ongoing training.
