Job summary

Soar Autism Center is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children ages 2–6 with autism using the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and ABA therapy. The role includes paid training to earn and maintain RBT certification, with opportunities for growth within a collaborative clinical environment.

We offer competitive compensation, a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week for full‑time roles, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one, play‑based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s‑level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a highly supported clinical environment.
