Alpaca Health is actively seeking individuals to support children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings. You will work under a BCBA mentorship, implementing personalized plans and tracking progress while fostering consistent, positive interactions to help kids grow.

The role offers direct BCBA guidance, a path toward BCBA certification, and opportunities for training reimbursement as you gain hands-on experience in a supportive network of therapists.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or plan to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Willingness to travel to client homes and schools and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA‑provided plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Maintain consistent relationships and communicate with the supervising BCBA.
