Job summary

Alpaca Health in the Lamar area is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children who have autism in homes, schools and community settings. You will follow a plan from a BCBA, apply behavior strategies, collect data, and build trust with families every day.

We offer direct mentorship from a dedicated BCBA, a clear path toward BCBA certification, and flexible full- or part-time schedules to meet client needs; training reimbursement may be available for those pursuing certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is preferred or willingness to obtain one.
• Must be at least 18 years old and capable of lifting ~50 lbs.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• You’ll follow a plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
