Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities. You will follow a BCBA's plan, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build relationships that help kids grow.

Mentorship from a dedicated BCBA is provided, not managers, and you’ll have a clear path toward BCBA certification. We offer in-person work with flexible full-time or part-time schedules (mornings, afternoons, evenings) to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
