Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and communities. You will follow a BCBA-approved plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data to track progress, with direct mentorship from a BCBA from day one.

Roles can be full-time or part-time, with schedules across mornings, afternoons, and evenings. We provide a clear path toward BCBA certification and potential training reimbursements for earning credentials.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or in progress with a clear path to certification.
• Ability to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Dependable and able to follow a BCBA-directed plan and collect data.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in clients' homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Implement behavior strategies as directed by the BCBA and track progress with data collection.
• Collaborate with a BCBA mentor from day one.
