This role offers full-time or part-time options, mentorship from a dedicated BCBA rather than managers, and a clear path toward BCBA certification, with reimbursement for training when applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or plan to earn one.
• Must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities; implement the BCBA plan and collect data.
• Follow behavior strategies and document progress as directed by BCBA.
