Job summary

Alpaca Health is actively seeking compassionate RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You will implement behavior plans provided by a BCBA and collect data to monitor progress, partnering closely with the BCBA who mentors you from day one.

Roles can be full-time or part-time with flexible morning, afternoon, and evening hours. We offer a clear path toward RBT certification and ongoing mentorship, plus reimbursement for training as you advance.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• Ability to work with children with autism in various settings.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification; paths provided to certification.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-created plan, implement behavior strategies and collect data.
• Maintain consistent relationships and collaborate with BCBA for guidance.
