Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work in homes, schools, and daycares, providing one-on-one behavioral support to children with autism. You will follow plans from a BCBA, collect data, and build consistent relationships that foster growth.

You can join as full-time or part-time, with direct mentorship from a BCBA and clear paths toward BCBA certification. Training reimbursement may be available for pursuing certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or path to certification.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Experience with children in education, childcare, psychology, social work, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from a BCBA and implement behavior strategies.
• Collect data and track progress to support child growth.
• BCBA mentorship is available and accessible from day one.
