Job summary

Alpaca Health is a network of independent ABA therapists serving families in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll work one-on-one with children with autism, following a plan from your BCBA and learning hands-on in real client settings.

We offer direct mentorship from a BCBA, flexible scheduling to meet client needs (full-time or part-time), and a clear path toward BCBA certification as you grow with our supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or plan to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Age 18+, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from the BCBA and implement behavior strategies.
• Collect data and build consistent relationships to help kids grow.
• BCBA mentors are closely involved and reachable.
