Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring in-person ABA therapists to work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, and community settings. You'll implement BCBA plans, collect data, and build strong, ongoing relationships with families under mentorship from a BCBA.

We welcome both certified RBTs and those pursuing certification. Roles can be full-time or part-time with scheduling flexibility to meet client needs and travel to client locations. A path toward BCBA is available and supported.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to earn one.
• Reliable availability mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Experience in education, childcare, psychology, or related roles.
• Ability to lift ~50 lbs and travel to client homes.
• 18+ with HS diploma and background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, and communities.
• Implement behavior strategies from a BCBA plan.
• Collect data and track progress.
• Maintain consistent, reliable client relationships.
