Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll follow a BCBA-provided plan, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build strong, consistent relationships with clients.

Active RBT certification is preferred or a path to certification will be provided. We offer mentorship from a dedicated BCBA, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, potential training reimbursement, and career growth toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or the drive to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings to meet client needs.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Follow individualized plans from a BCBA and implement behavior strategies.
• Collect data and track progress to guide interventions.
• Collaborate with a BCBA mentor for guidance and support.
