Job summary

Alpaca Health, Inc. is seeking RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in clients' homes, classrooms, and communities. You’ll follow a BCBA plan, implement strategies, track progress, and stay closely connected with your supervising BCBA for guidance.

We welcome both certified RBTs and those pursuing certification. Roles are available full-time or part-time with schedules that fit client needs; mentorship and growth toward BCBA certification are core benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred or drive to earn one.
• Reliability and consistency across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Experience with kids or in education/childcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA support to children with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Implement behavior plans and collect data under BCBA guidance.
• Maintain communication with families and supervising BCBA.
