Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, under supervision of a BCBA.

You will deliver evidence-based interventions, collect accurate progress data, and collaborate with families to generalize skills. A current RBT certification or eligibility is required; a HS diploma is needed, with a BA/BS in a related field a plus. We support professional growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS in related field a plus.
• Experience with children with autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans.
• Collect real-time data on client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA's, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, engaging session environment.
