Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by a supervising BCBA and collect progress data in real time.

Ideal candidates have active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (bachelor's in related fields a plus), and reliable transportation. Experience with autism or developmental delays is preferred, with strong communication skills and a passion for helping families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
