Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks a dedicated RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by a BCBA and collect progress data in real time using our clinical software.

Ideal candidates have active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma, and experience with autism. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. We offer growth, strong clinical support, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS in Psychology or Education a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
