Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy with children diagnosed with ASD across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by supervising BCBA and collect precise data on progress using specialized software.

Responsibilities include collaboration with families, delivering engaging sessions, and maintaining safety and a positive environment. Requirements include RBT certification eligibility, HS diploma, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
