Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under supervision and collect data to monitor progress.

Qualifications include an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a HS diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and experience with ASD. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
