Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks a dedicated RBT to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by a supervising BCBA and record progress using clinical software, ensuring consistent, meaningful skill development and positive outcomes for each child.

Applicants should have an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a HS diploma, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in psychology/education or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-building programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging session environment.
