Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a passionate RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings for children with autism. You will implement plans created by supervising BCBA, collect progress data, and work closely with families to promote skill generalization.

The role requires an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation. Strong communication and dedication to helping children are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
