Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school or clinic settings. You will implement intervention plans created by the supervising BCBA and collect progress data in real-time using clinical software.

Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to ensure consistency, maintain a safe and engaging session environment, and uphold reliable communication.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliability: valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
