Blue Gems ABA seeks an enthusiastic RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy with children in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans designed by a supervising BCBA and collect real-time progress data.

Requirements include active RBT certification or eligibility, high school diploma, and reliable transportation; a Bachelor's in Psychology or related field is a plus. Join a supportive team dedicated to outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment for the child during sessions.
