Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to work 1:1 with children with autism across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans and collect progress data as part of a dedicated clinical team.

The role requires an active RBT certification, a high school diploma (BA/BS in psychology or related field is a plus), and strong interpersonal skills to partner with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS in psychology or related field a plus.
• Experience with children with autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
