Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering high-quality ABA therapy.

You will implement plans, collect data in clinical software, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to ensure consistency and progress. Applicants must have an active RBT and HS diploma; a degree in psychology or education is a plus; driving is required.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Education: HS diploma required; degree in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience: Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
