MeBe is seeking caring, compassionate Behavior Technicians to support children with autism at our Vista Learning Center. You’ll implement 1:1 behavioral programs, follow BCBA plans, and track progress using Central Reach.

Training is provided, including two weeks of paid RBT prep, with opportunities for growth in a supportive MeBe Family environment. You’ll work in a collaborative setting with experienced supervisors, contribute to treatment planning, and help families through coaching and

Formación

• Must be available Monday through Friday; part-time shifts available.
• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred; must obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
• TRICARE certification is preferred.
• Prefer a background in child care; teaching, counseling, babysitting.
• Ability to frequently bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, sit, stand, and/or run.
• First Aid Certified and CPR preferred; CPR/BLS certification required before working with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting with children on the autism spectrum.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to improve communication, self-help, social and play skills.
• Relay progress to BCBAs and assist with BCBA assessments.
• Accurately record progress in Central Reach after each session.
• Clock in/out and submit session notes to align with ABA and insurance regulations.
• Keep the workplace safe, organized, and orderly.
• Assist with lunch breaks, bathroom breaks and diaper changes as needed.
• Support Site Director and Clinical Supervisors with assigned tasks and treatment planning.
• Build positive relationships with families while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Contribute to MeBe Family culture and collaboration.
