Job summary

MeBe Family is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home or at the Learning Center. You’ll follow BCBA plans to boost communication, social and daily living skills, while accurately recording progress in Central Reach.

Training to become an RBT is provided with supervision and ongoing mentorship. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety and insurance guidelines, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Willing to learn and follow treatment plans under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based teaching to children in home or center.
• Follow plans created by BCBAs to improve communication and daily living skills.
• Record progress accurately in Central Reach after each session.
• Maintain professional boundaries and foster positive family relationships.
• Support scheduling, notes, and compliance with ABA and insurance rules.
