MeBe is hiring a Behavior Technician to join our team dedicated to evidence-based therapies for children with autism. You will deliver 1:1 behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills, guided by BCBA plans, at our Learning Center. Training is provided, including RBT passage support.

You’ll document progress in Central Reach, clock in/out per ABA regulations, and collaborate with Supervisors. A strong work ethic and compassionate attitude are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred; must obtain RBT within 45 days of employment.
• TRICARE certification preferred.
• Background check required.
• Ability to work with computers.
• CPR/BLS certification required before working with clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s in Pediatrics or Human Development preferred.

Aufgaben

• Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting with kiddos with autism at MeBe’s Learning Center.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to improve communication, self-help, social, and play skills.
• Relay progress to BCBAs and assist with BCBA assessments.
• Accurately record the kiddo’s behavior analysis and progress in Central Reach using the assigned tablet.
• Clock in/out and submit session notes to align with ABA and insurance regulations.
• Keep the workplace organized, safe, and well-maintained.
• Assist with lunch/bathroom/diaper changes as needed.
• Support Site Director and Clinical Supervisors with projects and tasks.
• Ask questions and voice concerns to supervisors; contribute to treatment planning.
• Build positive relationships with families while maintaining professional boundaries.
