MeBe is hiring a Behavior Technician in California. You will work 1:1 with children with autism at our Learning Center, implementing BCBA-approved plans and recording progress in Central Reach.

You’ll receive paid training to pass the RBT exam and be paired with supervisors to support your growth and development. We value empathy, teamwork, and a passion for helping kids achieve communication and social goals.

Responsabilidades

• Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting for kiddos with autism at MeBe Learning Center.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to improve communication, self-help, social, and play skills.
• Relay progress to BCBA and assist with assessments.
• Accurately record behavior and progress in Central Reach on a tablet.
• Clock in/out and submit notes to align with ABA and insurance regulations.
• Keep the workplace safe, organized, and well- stocked.
• Assist with meals, bathroom breaks, and diaper changes as needed.
• Support Site Director and Supervisors with projects and tasks.
• Voice questions and concerns to supervisors and participate in treatment planning.
• Build positive family relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Contribute to MeBe Family culture.

High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in Pediatrics or Human Development (Biology) preferred

RBT certification preferred
