Job summary

MeBe is hiring a Behavior Technician to support children with autism through evidence-based therapies at our learning center in California. You will work 1:1 with ke y children, implement plans from BCBAs, and track progress using Central Reach.

Paid training to become an RBT is provided, with ongoing supervision and development opportunities within a collaborative environment. You should be caring, reliable, and detail-oriented, capable of working in both individual and group settings.

Qualifications

• Effective communication with families and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to improve communication and play skills.
• Relay progress to BCBAs and assist with BCBA assessments.
• Accurately record behavior and progress in Central Reach.
• clock in/out and submit notes in compliance with ABA/insurance rules.
• Maintain organized, safe, and clean workplace.
• Assist children with meal and bathroom breaks.
• Support Site Director and Supervisors with tasks.
• Contribute to treatment planning with supervision.
• Build positive relationships with families while maintaining boundaries.
