Job summary

MeBe Family is dedicated to helping children with autism through evidence-based ABA therapy. The Behavior Technician role trains you to deliver one-to-one interventions under BCBA supervision, track progress, and maintain accurate session notes in Central Reach.

Qualifications

• MeBe seeks empathetic individuals with a passion for working with young children.
• RBT certification preferred; must obtain RBT within 45 days.
• Must pass background checks and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills 1:1.
• Follow BCBA plans to increase communication, self-help, and play skills.
• Record progress and notes in Central Reach after each session.
• Ensure schedule adherence and proper documentation per ABA and insurance rules.
• Support families and build positive relationships while maintaining boundaries.
