Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Boston area seeks a dedicated RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect progress data under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility
• Experience working with children with autism preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
