Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Lynn, MA is seeking an RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by the supervising BCBA.

You will collect data in real time, work closely with families and caregivers, and maintain a positive, safe environment during sessions while growing professionally through structured development and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility.
• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree in psychology/education or related field is a plus.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
