Blue Gems ABA is seeking an enthusiastic RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will follow individualized plans, collect progress data, and work closely with BCBA supervisors and families to ensure consistent skill development.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and a passion for helping children with autism. A valid RBT certification and transportation are required to support flexible scheduling and varied client locations.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
