Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a committed RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children in home, school, or clinic settings in Massachusetts. You will implement individualized behavior plans and collect accurate progress data under the supervision of a BCBA.

The role requires an active RBT certification (or eligibility) and a minimum high school diploma. A relevant psychology-related degree is a plus, with reliable transportation and strong communication essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
