Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized plans designed by supervising BCBA and collect data on progress. Strong communication with families is essential to ensure consistency and progress.

Qualifications include active RBT certification or eligibility, and a HS diploma with experience with autism preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility)
• Education: HS diploma required; BA in psychology/education a plus
• Experience: Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions
