Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an energetic RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings. You will collaborate with BCBAs and families to implement data-driven behavior plans and monitor progress.

The role requires an active RBT certification, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and reliability, with a passion for helping children with autism and developmental delays.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
