Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy seeks a qualified RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children. You will implement behavior plans, collect data in real time, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to ensure generalization of skills.

Requirements include active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and reliability with transport. Great team support and professional development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and families for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
