Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Massachusetts is hiring an energetic RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children diagnosed with autism in home, school or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under supervision.

You will collect data, collaborate with BCBA and families, ensure safety, and contribute to meaningful outcomes. Requirements include active RBT certification, HS diploma, and reliable transportation; experience with autism preferred; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
