Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy and implement behavior plans under supervision. You will collect real-time data, work with families and caregivers, and help children reach meaningful progress in a supportive setting.

Active RBT certification or eligibility is required, with a High School diploma as minimum. A Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is a plus; reliable transportation and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
