Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a motivated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized plans, collect real-time data, and work with families and BCBAs to ensure consistency and progress.

The role emphasizes high-quality care, collaboration, and a supportive environment. A valid RBT certification and reliable transportation are required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in psychology/education a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
