Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a Boston-area setting. You will implement behavior plans designed by supervising BCBAs and collect real-time data to track progress.

The role requires an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and reliable transportation. Strong communication and passion for helping families are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
