Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. The role involves implementing individualized behavior plans and collecting progress data under BCBA supervision.

You will collaborate closely with families and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills, while maintaining a safe, engaging environment for every session. A valid RBT certification or eligibility is required, along with a high school diploma and reliable

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment for the child during sessions.
