Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans under BCBA supervision, ensuring data is accurately collected to track progress.

You’ll collaborate with families and caregivers to promote skill generalization and maintain a positive, supportive environment for every session.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education preferred.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs created by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
