Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings with children diagnosed with ASD. You will implement plans designed by a supervising BCBA and collect progress data using specialized software.

The role requires active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and strong communication skills. Driving is needed to travel to client locations. Join a supportive team focused on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
