Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide one-to-one ABA therapy across home, school, and clinic settings. The role focuses on implementing individualized behavior plans and collecting precise progress data in real time.

You will work under supervising BCBA guidance, collaborate with families, and help children with autism reach meaningful developmental milestones in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
