Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by a BCBA and collect real-time progress data using clinical software.

Requirements include an active RBT certification or eligibility and a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Education is a plus. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential for travel between settings.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Experience with children with autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs as designed by supervisor.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
