Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to work 1:1 with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior plans under supervision.

You will deliver high-quality ABA therapy, collect real-time data, and collaborate with BCBA, families, and caregivers to ensure progress and generalization of skills, while maintaining a safe, engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• HS diploma required; BA in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans.
• Collect accurate, real-time data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
