Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBA and collect real-time data on progress.

You will collaborate with families and clinicians, ensuring consistency and generalization of skills while maintaining a safe, engaging environment for each child during sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; related degree is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior plans and skill programs by BCBA guidance.
• Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
