Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering high-quality ABA therapy under supervision.

You will collect data, implement behavior plans, collaborate with BCBA and families, and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented team. A valid RBT certification and HS diploma are required, with a passion for helping children and families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or eligibility) required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's in related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
